What We Did Today
Today your trees and shrubs received a spray application of insect and disease controls. These controls are designed to help control many insects and diseases that can attack your landscape during the spring and summer. These broad-spectrum systemic controls will help protect your trees and shrubs against many common pest problems.
Note: These controls will not correct damage that has already occurred.
What You Can Expect From This Application
You may notice a light milky residue on the plant leaves following today’s spray application. This residue will fade after a couple of weeks with rainfall or watering. This application will not prevent insects in your landscape, but it is designed to protect your plants against pest damage. The spray will affect insects that are on the plant at the time of the application. The spray will dry in about 20-30 minutes. After this time, rain or watering will not wash it away.

Between Visits
Whenever you have concerns or suspect a problem between visits, please do not hesitate to call us. All full service customers (6 lawn or tree/shrub treatments per year) are entitled to one free service call up to 14 days after an application is made.

Here are a few rules to remember when maintaining your landscape:
• Don’t wait until leaves wither to water your plants.
• Be careful not to over water as some plants are prone to root rot.
• Do mulch your landscape to improve its beauty and protect the trees and shrubs.
• Don’t prune your plants when they are under stress from heat, disease, or insects.
• Your technician can advise you on the best time to prune.
